Visited the showroom Tues got myfurniture Thurs. The store staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery crew was ontime and extremely efficient. The experience was surprisingly easy and enjoyable. Totally recommend this company toanyone looking for furniture orbedding.

I looked for along time for abedroom set that Iliked and finally found one atAmazing Furniture. Dealing with the sales people and the office workers was pleasant and easy. They're very nice, personable people. The delivery men did agreat job bringing inthe furniture and setting itup forme. I'm very happy with the furniture and the service Ireceived.

I love this furniture store because they service was great because they helped mewith myvision ofwhat Iwanted and Igot mysofa set from there and the kitchen island aswell. Then after ayear Iorder myglass table with with them because the round table Igot from wayfair was not worthit. Ilove how they work with you with the prices and when you pay for delivery and installation omg they come fast and dogreat job ohwait Igot mybeautiful bedroom set aswelltoo. I did alayaway finished paying itoff early.. called tosee when itcan bedelivered, saying the dresser and chest was not inthe store itwill have tobe shipped. This was the beginning ofJune.. they told memid July. called & they said August, called today tosee ifI can get adate now it’s September but noreal guarantee!. They didn’t give meany options ofswitching mybedroomset, just like wait and see ifit comes ornot.. it’s ridiculous and ifI want tocancel Iwon’t get money back just store credit. Idon’t want 1500instore credit!! UPDATE:, Idid contact Mark and heis working withme. & Iappreciate what heis willing todo! There were several employees there and none spoke tome oracknowledged meas they were ontheir phones. The store was clean and very brightlylit. The furniture isall really bizarre: astandout attraction was ahuge, raised bed with alit-up holographic headboard, studded with 2inch rhinestones. And the hologram thing rotated bright colors, soyou could have alight show all night. Many ofthe other pieces were inblack plushy velvet and many featured gleaming stud work buried inpolyester fur. Frankly, Iwas glad noone came near meand Iwas glad toget out ofthere.Now, that's just mytaste and maybe someone really likes black fake fur with shiny metal decorations but notme.… – show

Disgusted byhow business isrun here. Not even the owner cares about the customers. Employees resold things Ialready purchased. And all the furniture breaksdown excessively quickly. One star istoo high. Worst ofall movers they send scratched all myfloor and walls.

I really enjoy buying furniture here. Their customer service isoutstanding! Very reasonable prices and they are awesome with financing. Ineeded toreplace aseat cushion for mycouch and they gave itto mefor free! Also when Iwent back toadd more pieces toour living roomset, they were able tohelp figure out the best option that would gonicely with our current couch. Myboyfriend and Iwent inlooking for aking sized bed recently and left with anentire bedroomset! Ifwe went anywhereelse, wewould’ve only been able topurchase the bed itself. Very nice surprise!
Also their delivery drivers are very cool. Iwould highly recommend getting your furniture delivered because they are knowledgeable and helpful with the placement ofyour furniture. When wegot our couch delivered, they explained how tomove itwhen wedo move out ofthis apartment aswell.
Overall, Amazing Furniture isjust awonderful place and Ialways have agreat experience buying from them.… – show00

The 2stars are simply for the furniture and prices.
As for the customer service, there was only one guy working and seemed like hehad his hands full and was all over the place. Iwas looking topurchase furniture, but after waiting 20minutes just tobe waitedon, Idecided totake mybusiness elsewhere.00
