Not surprisingly guests who stay at Springhill Suites do so mainly for its prime location. The hotel isjust minutes from the airport and offersa free shuttle service. Guests appreciate the hotel also because it is still close to downtown Salt Lake City and is easily accessible. The surprising thing is though is that the sound of planes taking off and landing is barely audible, if at all.

The complimentary breakfast gets guests' day off to a good start. There is a great range of hot and cold foods – literally something for everyone, even healthy eating options.

Guests like the size and layout of the rooms – especially the spacious living area. They particularly seem to appreciate the WC being separate from the bathroom! The beds in general are found to be comfortable and the rooms modern and clean.

Many guests appreciate having the use of an indoor pool, but can't understand why there is no hot tub! This appears to be a major oversight on the part of the hotel!

Springhill Suites only serves breakfast – not lunch or dinner. That would be fine by most guests if there was anywhere else locally to eat. There seems to be scarcely any choice near the airport and guests have to pretty much go to downtown Salt Lake City to get a meal!

Whilst you may not be able to detect an aircraft flying overhead, you could very well hear your neighbors whispering sweet nothings to each other in the next room. Guests complain that the walls are poorly insulated and they can hear other gueststalking in the adjoiningroom or in the corridors.
