We stay here whenever we come to Bend. Like the location, it’s quiet, clean, nice breakfast, and easy check in!

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety. Pool was great and hot tub was nice. Gym was nice. Our TV only had a select few channels that worked the first night we were there. Our room phone had the busy tone every time we tried to call the front desk so we had to go downstairs when we needed something. I told the front desk but there wasn’t much resolution. The walls are paper thin, we got a room on the 4th floor (away from all the families staying there for the wrestling tournament that weekend) and still got woken up early by people with kids next door. Parking $15 a night to park in the parking lot but we should have parked near the curb and walked a little closer. Would do things a little differently but I think we would consider staying again for the location.

Motel was clean and modern. Pool was small, wasn't to happy about the surprise parking fee. They also charge for wifi if you use it. Nothing was mentioned about that. They have a hidden fee for everything here that would normally be included in other motels.

Overall excellent. I was surprised that Ibhad to pay for parking. We were a mile out of downtown and there was plenty of free parking around.

Great hotel. Breakfast buffet good. Just wish the prcing wasn't so expensive if the summer. Winter pricing is acceptable.

Enjoyable stay. Lots of walkable restaurant/ bar options nearby. Great lobby breakfast. As always, friendly Marriott staff. Rooms are a little dark, more lighting please. Also wasn't aware that you need to request daily maid service. Not a huge issue, but please post this somewhere. Why the parking charge?

Highly recommend this hotel!! The room was VERY comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on and the bathroom was very large and beautiful! I loved the reading nook, desk area and lounge area within the room. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices and the gym was exceptional as well with plenty of dumbbells, cable machine, core balls, bosu ball, bend and a few treadmills, ellipticals and a bike.

Loved the property, staff and most of the room. The mattress on the pull out bed however is entirely useless and needs to be replaced with a better quality product. Overall great stay and we would stay here again

This hotel was beautiful and clean but there were a couple reasons I rated down a notch. We did not know we would be charged $15 for “overnight” parking for each day! I guess if we only stayed during the day we would not be charged? One of the reasons I picked this hotel was it listed EV charging but did not say it was a Tesla Supercharger that only worked with Teslas.

Staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms are new and clean. Highly recommend and will stay again.

We were excited to stay in a "real" hotel after about 6 weeks on the road in mostly motels. This was our end-of-trip treat. The room was large, comfortable, clean. We loved having a distinct sitting area to read and watch some TV. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - lots of choices and even included fresh made oatmeal and toppings (my fave)!! It's in a great location: near the river walk, which we took advantage of to take a beautiful 6 mile loop walk; close to restaurants and breweries (highly recommend Immersion Brewery, right across the street); and easy walk to downtown. Staff across the board were delightful and helpful. The only reason I can't give it a 10 is the forced air system. It was loud. Really loud. Louder than some AC units in motels. And we couldn't turn it off because it's part of the hotel's HVAC system across the whole hotel. Maintenance came and dampened the sound with some towels, but it was still audible. I'm a light sleeper and have used earplugs in most of the places we stayed, and was hoping to not have to use them in this hotel. Fortunately, the towels got the noise level down enough that I could convince myself it wasn't there and sleep. Nevertheless, I don't think a hotel of this caliber should have such a noisy HVAC/air circulation system.
